Not all Major League Motions
are Created Equal

What follows give you specific answers to
why your motion continually compromises your results.

What follows does NOT tell you what to do to fix your motion.
To properly fix your motion, our Teaching Platform uses your pitching video to create a Pitching Chain, find your disruptive Arm/Leg actions and, finally, recommend simple, individualized solutions to swiftly give your motion World-class command.

The Science within your Pitching Motion demands ...
Your Body always stays in balance.

All Cole Hamels' Arm/Leg movements keep his "single-leg stack" intact.  As he ends his motion, his ideal "Foot Strike Sequence" allows him to end his motion with his Throwing Hand becoming an extension of his Hips.

Wood's forward movement, on the other hand, prompts him to land with a conflicted "Foot Strike Sequence".  Unlike Hamels, who keeps his weight toward Second long into his motion, Woods' weight coming too far forward too soon creates his closed Foot Plant.  His closed Foot Plant blocks his Hips from totally driving his Throwing Hand.  The point where his Hips lock becomes the point where his Throwing Arm works independently.  He ends his motion throwing the ball instead of pitching the ball.  (Please note:  Wood's weight coming so far forward so soon generates an extremely injury prone pitching motion.)

Contact the Professional Pitching Institute to find out what you need to do to develop a world-class "Foot Strike Sequence" ... or better yet upload your pitching motion right now!!!

WHAT IS YOUR "FOOT PRINT"?

Your inability to maintain a "single-leg stack" directly relates to a closed Foot Plant.  Your closed Foot Plant blocks your Hips from a full rotation.  The point where your Hips stop driving your Throwing Hand, your Throwing Hand works independently.  The more your Throwing Hand works independently, the less frequently you deliver the ball to your target without your target moving.

You need, and we teach, a foot print where your Front Foot lands on your target line and your Front Toe points directly to your target.  Achieving this immediately improve your performance.
